Mucopolysaccharidosis -A case report-
ABSTRACT
The mucopolysaccharidoses are a group of genetic diseases characterized by storage of incompletely degradated glycosaminoglycans. A case of Hunter's syndrome(mucopolysaccharidosis type Ⅱ) in 9 year-old male child is presented. The diagnosis was established on the basis of combined clinical, radiological and pathological examinations. We report this case with a brief review of literatures.
