Mucopolysaccharidosis -A case report-
ABSTRACT
The mucopolysaccharidoses are a group of genetic diseases characterized by storage of incompletely degradated glycosaminoglycans.
A case of Hunter's syndrome(mucopolysaccharidosis type Ⅱ) in 9 year-old male child is presented.
The diagnosis was established on the basis of combined clinical, radiological and pathological examinations.
We report this case with a brief review of literatures.
