Gastric polyps could be subdivided microscopically into hyperplastic adenomatous and papillary adenoma type. Hyperplastic adenomatous polyp is relatively more common and rarely associated with carcinoma. A case of multiple gastric polyps which associated with severe atypism in 45-years-old man is presented. The case was the hyperplastic adenomatous polyp. A brief review of the literature was made.
