Abstract

Multiple myeloma is not rare disease as pathologically. However, according to deveiopment of immunology, monoclonal gammopathy should be analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis. Important informations for patient prognosis and treatment could be obtained by this immunochemical classification. This report concerns a patient with multiple myeloma associated with hyperproteinemia (15.0gm%) with increase IgG.
